This was our very first turnkey project in the public sector. We were awarded the mandate following a bidding process that involved three steps: 1. A company qualification based on the scope of work 2. A technical proposal to meet the customer’s needs 3. Project design with preliminary plans, schedule and submission. Our mission was to remove all the lead-contaminated paint protecting the steel structure of the outdoor parking lot, making sure to follow strict safety protocols. We also built a new building for the freight elevator, undertook underwater work to repair the dock walls, restored parking slabs, redid the lighting and drainage system, and demolished skylights on the roof. A complex project, but successfully completed thanks to the expertise and dedication of our team.
